At BOOX Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your E-Ink device; if you are not, you may return your product within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. All returned electronics must be in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for your specific order.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your BOOX device in its original box, ensuring all cables, styluses, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the condition of the device, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
